- 独家4D Real-Time 实时成像技术。传统的小动物活体光学成像,将待测小动物放入成像舱后,等待曝光时间后拍照,获得一张图片作为最终结果。而Biospace Lab PhotonIMAGER 小动物活体光学系统独家的4D Real-Time 实时成像技术,从小动物进入成像舱开始就进行实时拍摄,做到第一时间采集,避免丢失任何光学信息,并做到全局可视化,随时观察信号的积累和整体的变化过程。最终获得一段视频作为结果,保留了信号的动力学数据。传统的成像方式中,成像时间通常依据标准曲线来决定,然而标准曲线无法考虑到不同小动物之间的个体差异,而Biospace Lab PhotonIMAGER 可以实时的展现信号的高峰和平台期,实时定量捕捉微小的信号变化。独家4D Real-Time 实时成像技术还可以避免图片的过曝,当小动物组间差异过大时,为了呈现出低信号组的图像,往往需要增加曝光时间,从而导致高信号组图片过曝。然而4D Real-Time 实时成像技术避免了这样的问题,实时成像中时间分辨率更高,相邻两次拍摄时间更短,并且在在每一时间节点上快速摄取图像,完整记录信号变化,保留真实信号变化。

- 更真实的3D成像技术。Biospace Lab PhotonIMAGER 3D成像模块一次拍摄可以得到四个正交平面的空间信息,之后激光扫描器扫描小动物表面的拓扑学结构,再通过重构的方法整合为3D图像。与一般的3D图像相比,Biospace Lab PhotonIMAGER 3D更真实,四个面的光学信号都是相机真实捕捉的图像,而非通过计算机模拟。
